ReForge Coaching ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control your information.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, and authentication details when you create an account.
• Coaching data: information you submit through intake forms, check-ins, and messages.
• Payment data: processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.
• Usage data: basic analytics (pages visited, device type) to improve the service.

How we use it

To deliver coaching, manage your subscription, send transactional emails, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing darren@reforgecoaching.life. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and a minimal set of analytics cookies. You can clear them in your browser at any time.

Terms of Service

By creating an account or purchasing a subscription you agree to these terms.

The service

ReForge provides structured coaching programmes, training plans, and supporting content. Coaching guidance is educational and is not medical advice. If you have a health condition or injury, consult a qualified professional before training.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the activity on your account. You must be at least 16 to use the service.

Acceptable use

Don't resell, redistribute, or share programme content outside your household. Don't attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the platform.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you selected (monthly or annual) until you cancel. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before the next renewal.

Termination

You may cancel at any time (see Refund Policy below). We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReForge is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on completed payments, including partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.

You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next payment, and you will not be charged again. After you cancel, you keep access to your plan until the end of the current billing period.

How to cancel

Open your account, go to Billing, and click Cancel subscription — or email darren@reforgecoaching.life and we'll cancel it for you. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Exceptions

Where refunds are required by applicable consumer law (for example, statutory withdrawal rights in some jurisdictions), those rights are not affected by this policy. Contact us and we'll process eligible requests.
